We had the PRIVILEGE of creating custom linyage separates for Kelly remotely in Canada! You got that right, NEVER even met in person. Though we know we’re kindred spirits and would have LOVED the hugs (and possibly a gin and tonic together), we’re absolutely grateful for her TRUST in working with us from thousands of mile away!
We LOVE the aspect of working remotely with brides because it expands our reach to all the ladies outside of the Midwest, and we still get the one-on-one connection we covet by working direct. We’ve developed and normalized this really special and unique ‘long distance’ process and are endlessly grateful for the opportunity to build relationships with some really amazing women that we otherwise wouldn’t get to meet…which brings us to Kelly!

“I don’t even remember when/where I first saw Linyage on Instagram but I had been following them WAY before I was engaged or even in a relationship. Every single time they posted on Instagram, I just felt a connection to their pieces – you could tell they were created with love, hard work, and personal energy was fused into every piece. The way the pieces looked on every body type was exactly how I wanted to look and feel on my wedding day.
I was never a girl that knew exactly the type of dress that I wanted to wear on my wedding day, but I knew how I wanted to feel – comfortable, confident, and just “me.”
When the time came for me to choose my dress, I reached out to linyage and was immediately responded to by Lindsay and Sarah with the same passion that is represented in their photos. I sent photos of the pieces that I liked (from their own Instagram of course) and they had no problem bringing my dreams into a reality from thousands of miles away. I sent them my measurements and simply prayed that it would work out as I had pictured. Although I became slightly stressed as days grew closer to my wedding day, and I hadn’t tried my dress on, nor had I gone to look at any alternatives, Lindsay and Sarah assured me that it would be shipped out with ample time. I was not aware that they make one piece at a time, so their whole focus is on each dress individually rather than several at a time, but they explained this to me and immediately I felt more at ease.
When my dress came, the torso was a little shorter than I had anticipated, and I let them know. Within the day, Lindsay, Sarah, and I had figured out what changes needed to be made and it was sent back to be altered. When it arrived the second time, it was absolutely perfect. Both pieces, the top and skirt were more beautiful than I could’ve ever imagined and they fit me like a freakin’ glove!
