The Brunch Wedding is quickly becoming a popular option for folks who want to make the most of their celebration and we can totally see why. But a Brunch AND beach day? Now that might be about as epic as it comes.

When we were lucky enough to meet our bride Melissa over a year ago during our pop-up event at Brown Mountain Beach Resort, she shared her ideas with us and how she loved the idea of separates because she could wear her bodysuit as a swimsuit the rest of the day. Suffice to say, we were sold and knew it was a match made in heaven.

Everything about M + Z’s day was so true to them— carefree, fun, and all about having a good time with their closest loved ones. The backdrop of (our favorite) Brown Mountain Beach Resort was so fitting and our dear friend Aja behind the lens to capture it helped tell the story perfectly. Melissa’s linyage separates allowed for all of these activities to come together with ease, though we may even be so bold as to say her swimsuit look was our favorite.

Bikes, beer and beach time were the perfect pillars for this dynamic duo who made the absolute most out of their wedding day.
